Rachel's Graduation Day

On 13 June 2009 Daddy, Mommy, Ai Nono and Cus attended Rachel's graduation day. All of us were very excited to join the celebration. Rachel looked very pretty with the graduation dress. All the kids of TK B1 and parents were all ready at school with the happy faces. All the teacher were busy making sure that all kids were ready for the ceremony. Mommy took a lot of photos for all the moments before the ceremony started.

At exactly 9 AM the ceremony started with TKB kids' academic proccesion. The kids walked down the red carpet in a neat line showing serious faces. Mommy couldn't hold the tears watching Rachel among her friends. My sweet daughter is not a little girl anymore. She looked so grown up and seems ready to face the future. Her angel face looked very sweet and I am so proud of her. Daddy shouted 'I love you Rachel !!!' but Rachel sticked with the rule. The teachers repetitively told them to be serious during the academic procession.

When her name was announced, Rachel walked confidently to the podium to receive the medal, a certificate and a stalk of rose from the teachers. Rachel knew that Daddy, Mommy, Ai Nono and Suster were there watching her, so she gave her best performance to make all of us very proud of her.

All the kids of TKB did a singing performance for the parents and the teachers. They could sing clearly and loudly all the songs such as "If we hold on together", "Auld lang syne", "Top of the world" and "Guruku". Two thumbs ups to all the teachers who already taught them to sing those song - it was not a simple job.

At the end of ceremony, Mommy, Daddy and Ai Nono gave Rachel a big surprise in the form of a bunch of flowers. And of course Rachel was very happy and she loved the flowers. And she knew that Mommy did the bouquet especially for her. Hehehe.....

Rachel also gave flowers to Miss Dewi, Miss Lusi, Miss Rere, Miss Stella, and Cia Lau Shi. All of them had given Rachel years of fun, days full of caring and love. Rachel love them very much and she would like to express it with the flowers.

Santa Laurensia Kindergarden is a good school for Rachel. At this school, she has learned many things, had valuable experience, learned how to be independent and exercise discipline for 5 years. The memories surely remain in Rachel's mind.

Mommy and Daddy are very proud of you, Rachel. Keep learning, be a good girl, keep the spirit and don't ever give up !!!!
